About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on, technical builder to help scale our product to hundreds of customers. You will dive deep into technical nuances of source systems, build data models, and translate complex business logic to engineers. You will also work with customers to define requirements, onboard them, run demo meetings, and negotiate deliverables. As an early-stage company, we expect you to be a strong generalist, interfacing daily between engineers, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Investigate new source systems to integrate with, becoming the subject matter expert.
• Research and define the structure for new data models, including schemas and interrelations.
• Write detailed documentation for source systems, data models, and API features.
• Troubleshoot ad hoc issues with integrations and data models, assisting engineers and customers.
• Build and own customer and partner relationships, managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
• Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements for engineers.
• Assist the sales team in customer demos and requirement refinement.

Requirements

• Hands-on technical builder with a focus on product execution and delivery.
• At least 1 year of experience working with APIs, databases, SQL, and similar tools.
• At least 1 year of full-time experience in a software company in a data analyst, product, or other technical role.
• High ownership and conscientiousness, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a structured thinking approach.
• Clear and concise oral and written communication skills, with a talent for writing crisp documentation.
• Proven ability to deliver results consistently and complete any task necessary to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with a wide range of customers, including onboarding, running demos, negotiating timelines, and communicating effectively.
• Willingness to work in-person in San Francisco 5 days per week.
