About the Role

The Hub is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to expand its people and transformation business, working with major national and international clients in a fast-paced environment that fosters personal growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Expand the People and Transformation business.
  • Implement skills in developing people, transformation, and change projects of international importance for transportation clients.
  • Assume leadership for delivering business performance and making strong commercial decisions.
  • Guide projects as a Project Director, ensuring best practice techniques are applied consistently and diversifying The Hub’s offering in the Transformation space.
  • Own a part of the business plan to deliver growth in line with strategy, building a pipeline of work through active management of client relationships.
  • Champion others through mentoring and deliberate collaboration across the company.
  • Develop and co-ordinate people and teams.

Requirements

  • Presence, reputation (10yrs+ experience) and a network in transport sector clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with proven ability to generate leads, win work, and deliver work in people and transformation projects in the transport sector.
  • Experience in complex business transformation and org change initiatives.
  • Experience in designing and implementing target operating models, business improvement programmes, people strategy and change management.
  • Experience in delivering people change, business readiness and embedding new ways of working including organisational and culture change.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and facilitating decision making.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand their perspective, generate solutions they buy into, and achieve outcomes.
  • Ability to shape The Hub’s offer to target growth markets.
  • Relevant experience in project management, comfortable with managing a range of large consulting projects effectively and in parallel.
  • Experience within consultancy is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate commercial, client, and delivery skills needed to build a successful advisory practice.
