About the Role

As a Sales Manager in the field of nursing, you will be the central point of contact between our clients and employees. You will build sustainable relationships, identify needs early on, and develop tailored solutions. You will focus not only on sales success but also ensure that clients and employees feel well-supported at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Gain and develop customers: Actively build contacts with clinics and healthcare facilities, identify staffing needs early, and further develop existing customer relationships into long-term partnerships.
  • Successfully manage sales: Plan and manage sales activities independently, keep an eye on KPIs and pipeline, and ensure that opportunities turn into successful deals.
  • Be a reliable contact person: Be a valued sparring partner for your clients regarding staffing issues. Simultaneously, work closely with dispatch to ensure suitable and sustainable staffing solutions.
  • See solutions instead of problems: Whether it's a complaint, short-term staffing needs, or challenging customer situations, act pragmatically, find viable solutions, and build trust through reliability.
  • Keep an eye on the network and market: Build a strong network in the healthcare sector, monitor market developments, and identify new business opportunities for your area of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in sales, ideally in personnel services or healthcare.
