About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Support staff, patients, and visitors with strong customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, agile, and reliable team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Skills

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Strong customer service and clear communication.
