About the Role
Provide project management for a range of training and capability initiatives, working closely with project leads, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure training projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational priorities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of training and development projects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Design, develop, and maintain learning resources and training programs for both online and face-to-face delivery.
- Develop engaging digital learning resources using learning authoring software, multimedia tools, and video editing applications.
- Apply adult learning principles and contemporary instructional design methodologies in the development and delivery of learning solutions.
- Consult and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and support the development, review, and implementation of training resources.
- Evaluate training programs and learning resources, analyze feedback and performance data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on training participation, effectiveness, and outcomes to management.
Requirements
- Experience in coordinating training and development projects, programs, or initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in designing and developing learning resources for face-to-face and online delivery.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience using learning authoring tools and video editing software to create engaging online learning resources and multimedia content would be highly desirable.
