About the Role
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll create positive patient experiences using our innovative G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will help patients feel welcome and supported during treatment or appointments and assist them with financial arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome.
- Assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures, including insurance verification.
- Schedule appointments.
- Provide information about services and payment options.
- Guide patients through their visit with ease and professionalism.
- Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care.
- Treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
Requirements
- At least one year of related experience.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
