About the Role

As a self-employed tour guide, you will independently accompany our travel groups and significantly contribute to the success of each trip. This includes expert and lively communication of knowledge about the culture, history, nature, and people of your destination, professional organization and coordination of the travel itinerary on-site, and personal support for our guests with a high standard of service, quality, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Close collaboration with our travel designers and, if applicable, local guides
Confident and solution-oriented action even in unforeseen situations
Conscientious preparation of trips and creation of a travel report after the trip

Requirements

Several years of demonstrable experience as a tour guide
In-depth knowledge of your target region and the ability to convey knowledge vividly and entertainingly
Enjoyment of interacting with discerning guests and a keen sense for individual wishes
Host mentality, empathy, organizational skills, and natural confidence
Well-groomed, professional appearance and excellent manners
Very good German and fluent English skills; further foreign languages are an advantage
Willingness to prepare intensively for each trip and take responsibility for a smooth travel process
