About the Role
Thesis Care is seeking a Product Manager to manage the core product engine for their AI-powered care team platform. This role involves translating client needs into a prioritized backlog, coordinating engineering teams, and defining new platform capabilities. It requires strong reasoning, technical fluency, and the ability to influence without formal authority.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the backlog for Core products, ranking work against impact, effort, and dependencies.
- Write clear and concise requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Manage the sprint cadence across two teams, clear blockers, and ensure timely product shipment.
- Drive the scoping of new capabilities, assessing feasibility and tradeoffs with engineering.
- Coordinate across Delivery, Engineering, and clinical stakeholders, aligning them on product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in a high-growth, early-stage company.
- Demonstrated ability in structured thinking and problem decomposition.
- Capacity to quickly learn new domains and technologies.
- Strong written communication skills for clear documentation.
- Proven ability in ruthless prioritization and sound judgment.
- Experience writing acceptance criteria for direct engineering use.
- Operational discipline in managing ceremonies and cross-functional coordination.
- Technical fluency to reason about feasibility and tradeoffs with engineers.
- Awareness of healthcare data handling and regulatory constraints.
- Must be based in New York and willing to be in-office 3 days per week.
