About the Role
Thesis Solution Engineers design how our product integrates into each customer’s stack, providing technical expertise to the Delivery team for efficient implementation. This client-facing role requires reasoning about external systems, translating technical concepts, and managing ownership from pre-sales through implementation handoff. You will collaborate with Tech Leads, the Delivery team, and customers, serving as a key technical advisor.
Responsibilities
- Design client-facing technical solutions, detailing product integration with customer stacks, including APIs, data flows, authentication, and infrastructure.
- Explain technical solutions to buyers in understandable terms.
- Provide technical support to the Delivery team during implementation, resolving integration, architecture, and data-related questions.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads to break down work scope into actionable plans and identify dependencies.
- Scope and execute proofs-of-concept and pilots to validate key aspects and facilitate full implementation.
- Create documentation and provide technical context for customer and internal teams during handoff and enablement.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional experience, ideally in a high-growth, early-stage company operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Hands-on technical skills including building demos and writing integration code.
- Proficiency in understanding system architecture, including APIs, data flows, authentication, and infrastructure.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business terms understandable by buyers.
- Skills in discovery and scoping to identify real requirements and scope effective proofs-of-concept.
- Customer and sales acumen, including objection handling and knowing when to push for technical validation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling demos.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and security topics such as HIPAA, data handling, and audit requirements.
- Ability to communicate credibly with clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Comfort with ambiguity and taking ownership across the full pre-sales to handoff lifecycle.
