About the Role
The Change Analyst will support the successful delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role will focus on change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis across business units.
- Develop and support communication, engagement, and training initiatives.
- Monitor business readiness, change adoption, and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in change management within large-scale IT transformation or ERP programs or SAP projects is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and business readiness experience.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, Kotter, or similar frameworks.
