About the Role

Join our global team as an online teacher for AP Psychology, teaching motivated students from around the world in real time, supported by CGA’s technology, curriculum, and community. This role offers the opportunity to revolutionize education and transform future generations' lives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality live lessons in AP Psychology, tailored to diverse, international students.
• Utilize a range of teaching strategies and digital tools for an interactive and supportive online classroom.
• Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adapt teaching for strong learning outcomes.
• Plan and communicate clear course schedules, detailing lesson content and assessment timelines.
• Lead professional, interactive live sessions using CGA’s online learning resources and technology.
• Assign meaningful homework, design and administer assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop high-quality educational materials, including tests and exams, for CGA’s resource library.
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, ensuring organization for easy student access to assignments and assessments.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience at high school (Grades 9–12) in a school setting.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and the CGA team.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative, technology-enabled education.
• Strong knowledge of the relevant Advanced Placement (College Board) curriculum and examinations.
