About the Role

As our ServiceNow ITSM Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping, configuring and maturing AMP’s ServiceNow IT Service Management capability. Working within the ServiceNow Platform Team, you’ll help design and deliver practical, scalable ITSM solutions that align to business and operational needs, while favouring out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality and industry-leading process alignment wherever possible. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with ServiceNow engineers, administrators, technology teams, business stakeholders and vendors to translate requirements into effective solutions. You’ll help uplift existing capabilities, deliver enhancements, support CMDB, ITOM and CSDM alignment, improve workflows and automation, and contribute to the broader technology transformation journey by enabling better user experiences, operational efficiency and platform innovation across AMP.

Responsibilities

  • Shape, configure and mature AMP’s ServiceNow IT Service Management capability.
  • Design and deliver practical, scalable ITSM solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong ServiceNow ITSM experience.
  • Ability to configure, enhance and support ITSM modules and capabilities in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform tools such as Flow Designer, Workflow Data Fabric and App Engine Studio.
  • Experience across scripting, APIs, workflows, dashboards, reports, notifications and integrations with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems.
  • Strong consulting, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Ability to understand technically complex issues and explain them clearly to different business audiences.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology requirements.
  • Ability to contribute to solution design and platform standards.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across technology, risk, business and vendor teams.
  • Adapt from BAU to the ambiguous with ease.
