  • Become an expert in the go-to-market space by learning how sales and marketing teams operate and conducting user research.
  • Raise the bar for design at Unify by mentoring a small team, collaborating on critiques, and defining product principles and standards.

Requirements

  • Thrive in small, fast teams and see work materialize quickly.
  • Be self-driven, collaborative, and enjoy working hard in a high-trust environment.
  • Think in systems and have a track record of simplifying complex, technical products.
  • Be strategic and business-minded, tying work to metrics, outcomes, and product vision.
  • Own workstreams and explain the business and user impact of design decisions.
  • Get things done by breaking down ambiguous problems and rallying teams.
  • Lead by example, setting a high bar for oneself and others.
