About the Role
As an Inventory Operations Shopkeeper, you will manage luxury merchandise while executing operational and merchandising processes. You will maintain an organized stockroom and sales floor to create a seamless customer experience and bring the brand to life.
Responsibilities
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
- Prepare and ship customer orders following quality and packing standards.
- Implement Loss Prevention policies and procedures to secure company assets.
- Manage inventory movement including mark-downs, transfers, consolidations, receiving, and POS transactions.
- Support product placement and outfitting to reflect brand messaging.
- Use core systems including POS, Mac, and Google Suite.
- Manage product presentation by restocking, destocking, and relocating items.
- Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
- Model excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Exhibit fluency in store operational procedures and assist team members.
- Participate in cycle and inventory counts.
- Perform additional store functions as directed.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment with multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late nights.
- Ability to lift, carry, or move objects up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to use ladders or stairs.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to use all required store equipment and technology.
