About the Role

Provide leadership on assigned projects, achieving financial, schedule, and client relationship objectives. Plan and organize engineering functions, coordinate client interaction, and guide manpower and technical resource loading.

Responsibilities

  • Hold primary responsibility for the achievement of scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives on assigned projects.
  • Ensure achievement of corporate goals for assigned projects.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings with clients and prepare proposals.
  • Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships.
  • Identify project and corporate risks and work with Project Executives and the Director of Operations to mitigate them.
  • Lead project teams to a successful conclusion.
  • Coordinate with the project discipline lead to determine project scope, complexity, and planning/scheduling requirements.
  • Develop and maintain meeting minutes and Action Items/Needs List for each project.
  • Prepare internal monthly financial/schedule reports for the Director of Operations.
  • Prepare monthly financial/schedule reports for the Client as requested.
  • Manage all sub-consultants on the project.
  • Assist in identifying and developing innovative methods for improving project management processes and techniques.
  • Provide mentorship to developing individuals within the construction project management group.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience
  • 5+ years of semiconductor project experience
  • Skilled in the use of IT tools, including spreadsheets, word processing, planning, and scheduling software.
  • Understanding of Earned Value and other project control methods.
  • All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required.
  • IPS will not sponsor employment visas for this position.

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or planning.

Salary/Compensations

  • $163,000 - $200,000
