About the Role
As a Network Engineer, you will be a strategic problem solver passionate about building, securing, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our network infrastructure, ensuring security, availability, and performance. You will evaluate emerging technologies, lead modernization initiatives, and provide technical leadership, mentoring, and troubleshooting for critical network issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of network infrastructure.
- Ensure security, availability, and performance across the enterprise network.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and lead modernization initiatives, including automation and infrastructure solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical network issues.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for planned maintenance and emergency troubleshooting.
- Travel as required to offer technical support and project assistance.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure.
- Experience with enterprise-level hardware and software systems.
- Thorough understanding of network operating systems, applications, and development tools.
- Hands-on experience administering Cisco (Catalyst/Nexus) and Aruba networking environments.
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and optimizing SD-WAN solutions.
- Experience with network automation and infrastructure-as-code.
- Advanced monitoring and diagnostic skills.
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud networking architectures.
- Demonstrated experience in financial and project planning.
- Ability to build productive relationships and collaborate effectively with staff, leadership, vendors, customers, and contractors.

Salary/Compensations
- $106,500.00 - $167,200.00 USD
