About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist passionate about patient-centered care and thriving within a multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in various clinical settings within a fast-paced hospital environment, including General Medical, Oncology, Orthopaedics, Cardiothoracic surgical, and neurosurgical wards.
Responsibilities
- Effectively assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment programs.
- Effectively manage and balance a busy caseload and administrative responsibilities within a hospital setting.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills, considering broader implications and longer-term impacts.
- Work effectively in a team and independently as required.
- Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum one (1) year of occupational therapy experience in a hospital setting.
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
- Ramsay may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
