About the Role

Plumb is seeking its first dedicated AI hire to conceptualize and launch AI-powered features within a fintech platform serving ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role involves taking ownership of an AI product track, from problem definition to production deployment, with direct access to leadership and a focus on shipping impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end AI workflows.
• Integrate AI into existing web applications or APIs.
• Develop AI products for a production fintech platform.

Requirements

• Degree in CS, AI, Data Science, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience working with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar).
• Ability to design and build end-to-end AI workflows, not just prompts.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and leadership presentations.
• A bias toward shipping and problem-solving.
