About the Role

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality live lessons in Physics, tailored to diverse, international students.
• Utilize a range of teaching strategies and digital tools for an interactive online classroom.
• Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adapt teaching for strong learning outcomes.
• Plan and communicate clear course schedules, detailing lesson content and assessment timelines.
• Lead professional, interactive live sessions using CGA’s online learning resources and technology.
• Assign meaningful homework, design and administer assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop high-quality educational materials, including tests and exams.
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, ensuring organization for easy student access.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience at high school (Grades 9–12) in a school setting.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and the CGA team.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative, technology-enabled education.
• Knowledge of a US high school curriculum and associated external examinations.
