About the Role

The Oceania Marketing Executive is responsible for High Jewelry product operations and supports the High Jewelry Product Manager in developing the category within the Oceania market. You will analyze product performances and business trends, contributing to local action plans in close collaboration with Retail, Boutiques, and APA Regional teams. You will also provide feedback to local and regional counterparts to drive further growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage High Jewelry Product Operations & Logistics
  • Act as the key contact point for liaison with Boutiques and the Logistic team to coordinate High Jewelry product operations.
  • Manage logistic operations for import/export within Australia and New Zealand, other markets/HQ, and stock transfers among Boutiques.
  • Oversee all logistic operations related to local High Jewelry events and in-boutique activations.
  • Support High Jewelry Business Development & Client Engagement
  • Support the High Jewelry Product Manager in executing High Jewelry product-related content and tools.
  • Maintain the High Jewelry deposit list, coordinating with Retail, Boutiques, and Regional teams for follow-up actions.
  • Respond promptly to all product requests from Boutiques and track ongoing High Jewelry client appointment plans to proactively support with available product offers.
  • Assist local events with ad-hoc tools, product knowledge, and on-site support.
  • Contribute to Classic High Jewelry Product Strategy & Performance
  • Support the High Jewelry Product Manager for novelties launch and in-boutique animations.
  • Convey product knowledge and sales tools for new collections/references.
  • Support business by ensuring optimal stock with Retail & Merchandising teams.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on product performance.

Requirements

  • Have 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within the luxury retail industry.
  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and a collaborative ability.
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Be proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Show interest in the evolution of customers and suppliers' needs.
  • Be able to coordinate effectively with colleagues and ensure their participation to achieve Maison's targets.
  • Show initiative, ownership, and commitment.
