The Client Care Specialist 1 (CCS1) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our healthcare and wellness center, providing patients with the best client experience and highest standard of care. CCS1s enhance AHF's reputation through excellence in patient care, retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability, transitioning between HIV testing, administrative, and front office duties.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties related to HIV testing.
- Process patient referrals.
- Identify and verify insurance coverage.
- Perform front office administrative duties.
- Participate in cross-functional rotations.
- Collaborate with other AHF employees and departments.
