About the Role
This role is responsible for overseeing large-scale operations, leading high-performing teams, and partnering closely with state clients to ensure service excellence for the New York Centralized Support Collection and Enforcement Project.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 150-200 employees responsible for processing and disbursing child support payments.
- Oversee operations for New York State’s Child Support Customer Call Center.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with onsite New York State clients.
- Ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and align with company quality and performance standards.
- Partner with leaders across multiple locations to drive efficiencies, share best practices, and support continuous improvement.
- Meet regularly with stakeholders to review program performance, address challenges, and align goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of management experience supporting major operations, data center operations, customer support services, payment processing, and/or transaction processing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and people management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Ability to work extended and weekend hours, as business needs require.
