About the Role

This role involves managing the product backlog, creating user stories, leading Agile ceremonies, and coordinating with technology teams to ensure successful execution of roadmap initiatives and delivery commitments. The position also supports a large-scale system migration.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with project goals and timelines
• Create and maintain user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Lead Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and status meetings
• Coordinate with technology teams to ensure successful execution of roadmap initiatives
• Manage testing plans and support overall delivery execution
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify and resolve project issues
• Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate discussions to remove obstacles and keep projects on track
• Track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Support a large-scale system migration from a legacy platform to a new environment
• Ensure delivery commitments are met within established timelines
