About the Role

Join a rapidly growing AI healthcare technology startup as a Senior Software Engineer. You will play a key role in evolving engineering infrastructure, improving system scalability, and solving complex technical challenges. This role involves owning major technical initiatives and shaping the future of an intelligent platform that enhances clinical documentation quality and compliance through AI-powered automation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software systems and backend services.
Build AI-powered solutions that process and analyze large volumes of clinical documentation.
Improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of core platform infrastructure.
Lead technical initiatives and contribute to system architecture and engineering best practices.
Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and help foster a high-ownership engineering culture.

Requirements

6+ years of professional software engineering experience (exceptional candidates with 4+ years will also be considered).
Proven experience building and scaling software in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong experience designing scalable systems and distributed architectures.
Experience leading technical projects and driving engineering best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
A proactive, high-ownership mindset with a passion for solving complex engineering problems.
Experience with AI, SaaS, or healthcare technology is a plus but not required.
