About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff through outstanding customer service and communication. Responsibilities

Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assisting with access control processes and reporting maintenance, environmental, and/or security-related concerns.
Support Allied Universal standards by following post orders, remaining visible throughout the location, and providing courteous assistance during routine operations and after-hours activity.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
