About the Role

Greet, welcome, and direct guests while providing administrative support to the location. The team member anticipates needs, forges connections, and elevates experiences for team members, members, and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome, and direct guests.
  • Provide administrative support to the location.
  • Answer and route telephone calls.
  • Receive and sort mail and package deliveries.
  • Greet and direct vendors.
  • Address guest requests, complaints, or questions courteously and promptly.
  • Assist other office staff during absences and downtime.
  • Assist in annual event planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to read and interpret retail product labeling.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Regularly required to sit, and use hands and fingers to handle, or feel.
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
  • Occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Moderate noise level in the work environment.
