About the Role
As a Roadside Assistance Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for drivers in distress across Canada, providing immediate reassurance and coordinating prompt service dispatch for issues like flat tires, locked doors, or dead batteries.
Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume emergency calls from customers needing immediate roadside assistance.
- Collect critical information (location, vehicle details, issue) quickly and accurately.
- Coordinate and dispatch appropriate services (towing, locksmith, battery boost, etc.) across Canada.
- Remain calm under pressure, especially in high-stress or emergency situations.
- Deliver empathetic communication that calms anxious or upset customers.
- Use internal systems to track service provider availability and job progress.
- Handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously with efficiency and focus.
