About the Role

Autodesk Customer Success is seeking a people-centered leader to manage a team of Technical Adoption Specialists who help customers increase adoption of Autodesk products and services through coaching and enablement. This role focuses on leading the team to deliver consistent, high-quality adoption services, improving coaching processes, and evolving the Technical Adoption operating model.

Responsibilities

  • Manage processes and plans for effective delivery of onboarding and adoption services.
  • Lead with empathy, accountability, and operational rigor to motivate the team and improve service delivery at scale.
  • Measure and monitor performance against team goals and adoption service outcomes.
  • Direct investigation and ensure resolution of escalated issues related to service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop team members through feedback, growth conversations, and development plans.
  • Create clarity, reinforce priorities, and translate strategy into executable team plans.
  • Manage team capacity, workforce planning, and budget inputs in partnership with senior leadership.
  • Engage and collaborate with the customer success organization to communicate operational details and service effectiveness.
  • Drive communication across the organization, coordinating with support teams, partner teams, and stakeholders.
  • Lead or participate in setting organization vision, global projects, and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams, preferably in a best-in-class SaaS environment.
  • Experience leading customer success initiatives that improve customer service, increase operating efficiency, and support new operational models.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within a matrixed organization.
  • Flexible, decisive, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working through change while driving results.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to advocate for the team and the customer.
  • Able to travel up to 30%.
