About the Role
You will act as the client’s owner’s representative, managing the SaaS vendor (Octave) through the design and build stage for pilot projects. This involves detailed discovery, configuration, integration, testing, and data migration. You will manage the vendor relationship end-to-end, governing scope, schedule, quality, commercial terms, and product roadmap dependencies. You will review and approve vendor designs to ensure alignment with client practices and program objectives. Additionally, you will oversee integration across scheduling, finance/ERP, and reporting systems, ensuring data consistency. You will manage issues, risks, and change requests, and govern data migration and validation. You will also assure vendor testing, coordinate stakeholder engagement, develop the implementation and rollout approach, and provide hands-on technical project management. You will lead the client-side implementation team, establish data and controls standards, and formulate program controls processes. Furthermore, you will lead organizational change management, prepare progress reports for leadership, and identify and mitigate delivery risks.
