About the Role

We are seeking an AI Product Lead to spearhead the AI Agents team at Felix. This role involves defining and developing Felix's agentic platform and autonomous agents, enabling them to plan, execute, and coordinate complex financial workflows within our payment ecosystem. The primary goal is to create reliable, safe, and user-friendly agents that deliver a magical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and prioritized roadmap for the underlying agentic platform and AI agents, linking investments to customer impact and Felix's mission.
  • Ship highly autonomous agents capable of dependable, high-quality actions.
  • Direct the product strategy for LLM fine-tuning to ensure models are specialized, accurate, and optimized for fintech and payment routing use cases.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to transform ambiguous AI challenges into impactful product experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure enterprise agents are dependable, safe, and adhere to rigorous financial governance and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI or agentic platforms.
  • Deep curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply them to financial operations, automation, and decision-making.
  • Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools, including experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning strategies, agentic workflows, tool use, and reasoning about model behavior and trade-offs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams on complex, ambiguous systems such as agents, multi-agent orchestration, APIs, or automation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and leadership.
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and rigorous evaluation systems.
  • Equivalent competencies in the above areas will also be considered.
