About the Role

GTM Engineering builds internal products and AI systems to enhance the speed and effectiveness of sellers, traders, and account teams. We develop tools ranging from sprint and pipeline dashboards to agentic assistants that prepare representatives before calls or flag at-risk deals. Our team operates at the intersection of engineering, data, and revenue strategy, delivering solutions that directly contribute to revenue growth and sales productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and build agentic systems to automate and augment GTM workflows, including pipeline hygiene, account research, call preparation, deal risk scoring, forecasting, and rep coaching, utilizing LLM orchestration frameworks like LangGraph.
  • Define the agentic platform strategy for the pod, covering agent design patterns, tool-calling conventions, retrieval-augmented pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop guardrails for revenue-critical workflows.
  • Integrate core GTM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Slack, and The Trade Desk's platform data as agent-accessible tools and data sources through internal data platforms and MCP-style interfaces.
  • Set the technical standard for the pod by reviewing designs, establishing engineering standards, and leading architectural reviews across the GTM Engineering roadmap.
  • Collaborate directly with Product, Sales, Trading, and RevOps leadership to translate agentic capabilities into measurable outcomes like pipeline velocity, forecast accuracy, rep ramp time, and sales productivity.
  • Mentor engineers in the pod on AI-first thinking.

Requirements

  • BS degree in an Engineering-related discipline.
  • 12+ years of software engineering experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience building production LLM or agentic applications (agents, RAG pipelines, tool-use, multi-agent orchestration).
  • Deep fluency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Strong command of enterprise integration patterns, including REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architecture, and programmatic connection to SaaS GTM platforms (CRM, sales engagement, data enrichment).
  • Experience building full-stack applications end-to-end, from data pipelines and backend services to front-end tools.
  • Proven track record as a technical lead, driving architectural decisions, writing RFCs, and improving team quality without relying on management authority.
