About the Role
Gurr Brothers is a rapidly expanding national organization seeking a Project Manager to lead insurance-related rebuilds. This role offers uncapped earning potential with a transparent commission structure and guaranteed project flow, eliminating the need for self-sourcing or cold selling. High performers are fast-tracked into regional management and operational leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
- Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
- Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.
Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
- Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
- Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
