About the Role
Kitchen Magic is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present custom kitchen and bath solutions, and guide customers from design inspiration to a signed agreement. This role offers a steady six-figure income with no cold calling, uncapped commission, and all confirmed leads provided.
Responsibilities
- Meeting homeowners in their homes for scheduled appointments
- Delivering engaging, informative sales presentations that highlight products, value, and design options
- Creating custom kitchen and bath solutions that meet each client’s style and budget
- Following up with customers as needed and managing your pipeline
Requirements
- Ambitious and earnings-driven individuals who thrive on hitting sales targets and exceeding goals
- Previous in-home or consultative sales experience is a plus — but not required
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Able to travel to appointments within a one hour radius
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Saturday and weekday evening availability
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
