About the Role

Join a rapidly growing AI startup as an early engineering team member to build next-generation AI-powered voice agents. You will work directly with the CTO to develop core product capabilities, influence product direction, and take ownership of major technical initiatives in a seed-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.
• Build AI-powered products and new agent capabilities from the ground up.
• Develop and integrate customer engagement features across voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
• Collaborate with the CTO and engineering team to deliver features from concept to production.
• Contribute to technical architecture, engineering best practices, and product improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and modern full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using modern tools.
• Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
• Passion for building products from the ground up and taking ownership of technical initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with voice AI, conversational AI, or customer engagement platforms.
