About the Role
Pemberton Asset Management is a leading European private credit manager providing innovative, cycle-tested private credit solutions. This role supports the People & Performance team in talent acquisition and recruitment coordination.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and agree the right recruitment approach.
- Lead direct recruitment, building a strong personal network of talent and minimizing reliance on search fees.
- Prepare and post job advertisements, using AI-driven sourcing tools to reach a broad, diverse candidate pool.
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates and conduct first-round interviews.
- Prepare offer documentation and support onboarding, acting as the candidate's main point of contact from offer through to start date.
- Lead recruitment of summer interns and graduates, building relationships with universities to develop a diverse early-career pipeline.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and help evaluate new recruitment technology.
- Produce recruitment reporting and analytics to support informed hiring decisions.
- Act with integrity, due care, skill and diligence.
- Be open and cooperative with regulators.
- Pay due regard to customers' interests.
- Observe proper standards of market conduct.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong academic record.
- Comfortable using, and keen to develop further, AI and recruitment technology.
- Experience in asset management, private equity or private credit is a plus.
- ATS experience is a plus.
