About the Role

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience for a fast, friendly check out.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring effective duties and excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick and efficient placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Manages the entire process of opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Supports the onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partners with store leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance including garbage removal, cleaning, and stock room organization.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
