About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and proactive professional for a fixed-term contract within our Responsible Business team. This role is crucial for delivering programs and initiatives focused on inclusion, community engagement, sustainability, pro bono work, and arts support. You will collaborate across the business, support inclusion networks, and drive meaningful change.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Responsible Business initiatives across Inclusion, Sustainability, Community Engagement, Pro Bono, and the Arts.
- Partner with seven inclusion networks to drive engagement and change.
- Deliver flagship programs such as 10,000 Black Interns and Tomorrow's Talent.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create engaging events, outreach activities, and volunteering opportunities.
- Utilize data and insights for reporting, impact measurement, and decision-making.
- Contribute to global Responsible Business projects and strategic priorities.
- Manage budgets, monitor progress, and ensure successful program delivery.
