About the Role
Great opportunity for a React / Fullstack Developer to join our FX engineering team, responsible for FX trading and related services. We value technical capability, innovative thinking, great learning, and teamwork ability.
Responsibilities
- Closely work with architects and other team members to develop and build complex applications meeting FX engineering needs.
- Design, develop, and support trading applications in the cloud.
- Support and develop cloud services, including building cloud-aware applications with product development groups.
- Develop automated processes to prevent, identify, and fix problems impacting service availability.
- Identify and deliver improvements in cost savings, security, ease of use, and reliability.
Requirements
- Strong Javascript, HTML, Typescript programming skills.
- Cloud experience required.
- Azure or AWS experience preferred.
- Proven record of delivering goals.
- Knowledge and experience of modern agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and automation of software testing and delivery.
- Self-motivated and self-directed, able to work effectively in a globally distributed team, managing multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to investigate complex issues spanning multiple technologies and drive to completion.
