About the Role
This position drives the execution of SBMM product and bundle initiatives, ensuring alignment to defined strategy, customer needs, and business objectives. It supports the development of business cases, value propositions, and roadmap delivery to improve product performance, customer experience, and operational effectiveness, focusing on integrated connectivity and bundled solutions for Small Business and Mid-Market customers.
Responsibilities
- Translates SBMM customer and technical needs into clear product definitions, business cases, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Supports prioritization of features, enhancements, and new SBMM product and bundle opportunities based on customer insights, operational needs, and business objectives.
- Uses market research, competitive insights, and performance data to identify SBMM customer trends, segments, and opportunities for product and bundle improvements.
- Supports analysis of market performance, including revenue and volume, to inform decision-making and strengthen SBMM portfolio outcomes.
- Performs in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, addressable revenue potential, customer segments, and opportunities for new products or features.
- Conducts research and analysis on defined markets, including volumes and revenue results.
- Contributes to the development and execution of SBMM product and bundle roadmaps, service guides, documentation, and performance reporting.
- Ensures alignment with market needs and business priorities while supporting initiatives that improve customer experience, drive adoption, and support revenue and margin growth across the SBMM segment.
- Partners with business, technology, UX teams, and external partners to support the design and delivery of integrated SBMM solutions across mobility, wireline, and value-added services.
- Works across organizations including Global Connectivity Management, Technology Development, Contracting, Legal, Product Marketing, and Pricing to ensure alignment on delivery, pricing strategies, and overall product performance.
- Supports vendor engagement to improve cost structure, functionality, and support for SBMM offerings.
- Leads key workstreams and supports delivery of initiatives with moderate complexity, collaborating across teams to drive execution and consistent results.
- Influences outcomes through data-driven insights and cross-functional partnership.
Requirements
- Experience owning products end-to-end—not solely supporting product launches.
- Clear examples of SBMM/SMB/MM product strategy + execution.
- Demonstrated launch leadership: working across teams, unblocking issues, and delivering outcomes.
- Evidence of being self-directed and able to drive clarity without heavy supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication (e.g., “presented to VP/SVP,” “led exec readouts,” “aligned stakeholders”).
