Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
- Help with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks.
- Assist with bookkeeping and merchandising.
- Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service.
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
- Execute the food program.
- Set an example for staff through customer care, urgency, patience, and leadership.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift.
- Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination.
- May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
