About the Role
Dentsu Creative is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Account Supervisor to lead internal client teams and foster client relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, energetic, thrives in a lively environment, prioritizes clear communication, and is passionate about their team and clients.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for most day-to-day client contact and cross-functional team operations.
- Identify merchandising opportunities and proactively seek areas for account growth and revenue generation.
- Act as a gate-keeper to identify potential issues and recommend solutions to mitigate risk.
- Contribute to and/or develop scopes of work, quarterly business reviews, or Account Reviews.
- Oversee cross-departmental involvement and determine when to leverage necessary resources.
- Lead client communications, set expectations, and manage the quality of deliverables against deadlines.
- Develop and present recommendations and points of view that drive business innovation.
- Oversee client budget management, the billing process, and contribute to forecasting.
- Assist team leads in all necessary facets.
Requirements
- Motivate cross-functional teamwork to elevate performance and deliver business-based marketing with flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Ensure the team produces its best work/creative and effectively present it to the client.
- Demonstrate strong presentation skills.
- Act as a persuasive storyteller capable of presenting to any client.
- Adhere to the principles of being a Trusted Advisor to clients.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the client's business.
- Make judicious decisions for the client, team, and direct reports.
- Lead by example.
- Establish the team's tone and culture.
- Anticipate and proactively address challenges and issues.
- Conduct oneself with character and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Digital experience preferred.
