This role involves managing day-to-day operations, setting strategy, and acting as the company's most senior owner of internal technology, reporting to the Head of Engineering. - Serve as the escalation point for IT needs, resolving issues and implementing preventative processes and automation.
- Own identity and access management across multiple entities and tenants.
- Manage credential and secrets management, including password managers and privileged access.
- Administer user access to the proprietary platform, working towards role-based access control.
- Define and drive the target-state architecture for identity and access across the portfolio.

- Apply security and operations lens to domain architecture and process.
- Establish practical policies and standards, and build security awareness.
- Own corporate-level file architecture, sharing standards, and governance.
- Set defaults for easy information retrieval, sharing, and security.
- Manage backups, business continuity, and disaster recovery for corporate systems.
