About the Role
The Product Owner will define, prioritize, and evolve Qualitrol's Analytics as a Service portfolio, acting as the end user's voice within the incubator. This role requires building an AI-first, customer-centric product management capability to deliver analytics services at startup speed.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Qualitrol's Analytics as a Service portfolio.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, market opportunity, competitive differentiation, and technical feasibility.
- Maintain a rolling product roadmap balancing customer commitments with long-term platform evolution.
- Develop trusted relationships with early adopters and strategic customers.
- Establish structured Voice of Customer processes.
- Continuously validate assumptions before committing engineering resources.
- Lead backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
- Work daily with Product Engineers, SaaS Architect, Customer Success, Commercial Leader, and DevOps.
- Ensure every sprint delivers measurable customer value.
- Leverage AI to accelerate market research, competitive analysis, customer insight extraction, backlog refinement, requirement generation, release planning, and product documentation.
- Champion specification-driven development supported by AI-assisted engineering.
- Measure product success through customer adoption, feature utilization, ARR growth, customer retention, Net Revenue Retention, time-to-value, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously refine priorities using real customer data.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience for SaaS or cloud software.
- Experience launching commercial software products.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of Agile product development.
- Experience leading cross-functional software teams.
- Proven success in delivering customer-centric products.
