About the Role
Reflow is building the first AI-powered platform for hardware product development to bridge the gap between hardware teams. We are seeking a hands-on product leader with deep hardware experience to own product execution, discovery, and delivery, helping to build the tool they always wished existed.
Responsibilities
- Own product execution end-to-end from discovery to shipping
- Write specifications and PRDs
- Collaborate daily with engineering teams
- Conduct discovery across early adopter programs to translate real workflows into product features
- Act as the domain expert to engage with EE, mechanical, and program management teams
- Drive the product roadmap and meet delivery deadlines
- Communicate clearly through specs, updates, and customer-facing materials
- Prototype and demo features to users for iterative feedback
Requirements
- Direct experience running hardware program execution (NPI, hardware program manager, systems/EE lead, or embedded PM)
- Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience taking a product from concept to launch
- High output and bias toward action
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong deadline discipline and commitment management
- Deep subject-matter credibility with hardware engineering teams
- Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate workflows
