About the Role

As a consultative product expert on the Go-To-Market team, you will focus on 0-to-1 market opportunities within the Partnerships business unit, particularly expanding into the automotive lending space. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to unlock business value, define product strategy, and shape new deals in an emerging market. This role requires a strong bias toward pre-sales and ownership of the technology and product aspects of strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Teams, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams throughout the customer journey.
  • Define the product, ideal customer profile, ideal use case, and sales motion for new market opportunities.
  • Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities with a strong bias toward pre-sales.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to shape and advance new deals in an emerging market.
  • Engage with U.S. customer base of large financial institutions and key technology/platform players.
  • Own the technology and product aspects of Business-to-Business-to-Consumer partnerships, including partner integrations and end-customer implementations.
  • Establish a technical and strategic understanding of Nova Credit's implementation operations.
  • Learn the go-to-market motion of Nova Credit and the Partnerships BU's 0-to-1 initiatives.
  • Run client meetings.
  • Advance the technical dimensions of pre-sales strategic enterprise deal processes.
  • Advance the technical dimensions of post-sales strategic implementation processes.
  • Shape the technical decisions customers make when integrating products to maximize business value.
  • Develop collateral, technical approach, and sales motion cross-functionally with Partnerships BU, Build, and Data Science teams.
  • Launch or close first customer engagement.
  • Close and launch critical enterprise customers.
  • Help set up the automotive opportunity for success.
  • Scale the SA function by contributing to foundational processes and content for 0-to-1 motions.
  • Shape the company's trajectory by working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to prioritize road map features.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years Experience in customer-facing pre- or post-sales roles, with a bias toward pre-sales, ideally in financial services, credit, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with indirect (dealer-financed) lending, dealer platforms (RouteOne, Dealertrack) is a bonus.
  • Experience with 0-to-1 GTM motions, such as time at an early-stage company or leading a 0-to-1 motion for a new product at a later-stage company.
  • A builder's mindset and the temperament to thrive when the sales process, collateral, and motion are not yet established.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and driven to create structure.
  • Highly cross-functional with proven ability to collaborate across business, engineering, and Data Science teams.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise IT solutions and implementations.
  • Experience managing multi-party integration partnerships, reconciling needs across platforms, lenders, dealers, and end consumers.
  • Understanding of operating within a channel partner ecosystem.
  • Intellectual curiosity, drive, and coachability.
