About the Role

The GTM Sales Strategy & Operations Senior Associate will tackle critical challenges facing the sales organization, from shaping go-to-market strategy to optimizing operational processes, with the goal of driving more value for the sales organization and customers. This role involves working cross-functionally to uncover insights through data, design scalable solutions, and help the Sales organization operate smarter and more effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end territory planning and quota setting process globally
  • Advise senior sales leaders on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data-driven, actionable recommendations to achieve short-term and long-term strategic priorities
  • Perform complex data analysis and share insights by leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, Salesforce
  • Lead ad hoc and operational projects that have regional or global impact
  • Establish strong working relationships with colleagues in GTM Operations and cross-functional teams such as Finance, Pricing, Sales Leadership, Systems & Tools
  • Partner with Systems and Business Analytics teams to streamline and automate processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and explore opportunities to embed AI
  • Be flexible – something unexpected always comes up

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or an analytical/operational role
  • 2+ years of experience operating with SQL and Excel
  • BA/BS degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field
  • Ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making
  • Experience in communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Experience working in the Ads Tech or SaaS industry
  • Motivation to stand out from the crowd, disrupting the norm to help their business win
  • Ability to effectively solve complex problems from high priority strategic initiatives
  • Handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information
  • Attention to detail
