About the Role
Country Visions Cooperative Country Store is looking to hire a part-time Customer Service Representative for our New London, WI location. If you are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and looking for part-time work with a great company, now is the perfect time to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Provide a consistently high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify and respond to customer needs.
- Promptly answer phone calls from customers.
- Perform cashiering duties, including loading items into customer vehicles.
- Load, unload, and stock merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Refill LP cylinders.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Dependable.
- Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds.
- Previous customer service, retail, animal care, gardening or handy work experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and energetic.
- Basic math and computer skills.
