About the Role

The Practice Director is responsible for maintaining above-average performance metrics, providing business generation leadership, motivation, and direction to direct reports, participating in recruitment, and communicating effectively across the organization.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven performance in a talent manager/director role.
  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, databases, and other technology systems.
