Responsibilities
- Coordinate the execution of service agreements and repair work.
- Procure labor and materials for work completion within financial standards.
- Interact with customers, Field Technicians, and Service Managers daily.
- Coordinate service resources, dispatching and assigning team members to projects.
- Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
- Interact and communicate with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisors to assign/dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians.
- Coordinate operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
- Generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward project paperwork to Project Administrators, and generate various reports.
Requirements
- Certificate/degree from college or technical school with three (3) years related experience and/or training; or minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, comfortable and effective on the phone.
- Organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
Skills
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
- Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.
