About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will safeguard clients in the tech and communications sector by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining visibility to deter incidents, and providing exceptional customer service in an unarmed capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors following site-specific protocols.
• Respond to incidents and unusual activity using calm problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively with site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, work areas, parking lots, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials.
• Document security incidents, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Support emergency response activities including evacuations and access control changes.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Must meet state and local licensing requirements.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
